My client is seeking a Sr. Director of Inside Sales to scale and manage our inside sales department. This individual will have responsibility for day-to-day operations, strategy, recruiting and execution of this group. Additionally, he or she will be a talent magnet, with an ability to attract top-tier talent across a range of functions, and share our passion for unparalleled client service. A track record of metric driven results in a high growth company is a must. This person will be required to build forecasting models to correspond with our sales plan. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. The right candidate will have experience with building and leading inside sales teams in a call center environment, delivery of outstanding customer experiences and consistently achieving quota.
· Recruit inside sales representatives
· Analyze KPIs: CPL, CPA, Conversion Rates, Response Time, NPS
· Build a sales oriented culture
· Coach representatives on sales pitch and effectiveness
· Evaluate lead quality and track leads by channel
· Optimize call time and labor productivity
· Set and achieve both quota and margin targets
· Create a feedback loop with product managers on software needs
