Summary

Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates for open Health Information Management positions for our client hospitals as well as internal positions spanning Finance, Sales, Marketing, Management and others.

 

Duties:

•Full life cycle recruitment of Health Information Management professionals such as

Medical Coders, traveling HIM Consultants, Coding Managers, ROI Managers, HIM Techs, Medical Sales Professionals and other jobs. Provides organization information, opportunities, and benefits.

 

•Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.

 

•Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, using newsgroups, job sites, social networking and healthcare associations.

 

•Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, providing testing through Precyse University and comparing qualifications to job requirements.

 

•Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules. For relocation candidates, will coordinate with the travel department.

 

•Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers. Interviews applicants on consistent set of qualifications.

 

•Updates job knowledge and recruiting trends by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations.

 

Requirements

•Must be technically savvy including a great deal of social networking expertise.

 

•Must be well versed in the recruitment of professionals using Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Associations and means outside of traditional job boards.

 

•Must have at least 3-5 years of recruiting experience.

 

•Preferred HIM recruitment experience.

 

•Proven track record of successfully placing "hard to fill" opportunities.

 

•Ability to work on-site in Alpharetta/Norcross/northeast Atlanta, GA are

 

•Should have a combination of high volume staffing and "hard to fill", longer searches.
