Due to our customer demand and volume of business, we are seeking an additional Recruiter to join our team. Please note that our customer base consists of very well-known, global brands that seek our partnership to fill Mid-level to Executive level Sales and Marketing positions.
The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting and interviewing top B2B sales talent across North America. This is a professional recruiting role with high expectations for quality and execution, no sales duties associated with the position.

Requirements:
• At least 2+ years' successful experience with hands-on recruiting; either agency or corporate
• Track record of high-volume/high-growth recruiting
• Show stopping communication skills; both written and verbal.
• Sound experience showing fast response time, consistency and success
• Unprecedented discernment and selection ability
• Proven track record of managing multiple tasks at the same time
• Superior consultative skills and ability to influence decisions.
• BS Degree required
Base: $40,000-$52,000
