This recruiter's primary responsibility will be to recruit exceptional talent for our open positions
-- especially on the contract side of our business (contract staff accountants, A/R Clerks, bookkeepers, etc.).
We are looking for humble producers that care about value, service, and working in a synergistic environment.

Responsibilities:
-Create, develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract exceptional talent.
-Source qualified candidates by cold calling, strategic networking, internet sourcing, etc.
-Interview and pre-screen all external candidates.
-Build relationships with candidates through the delivery of exceptional customer service characterized by honesty, integrity and confidentiality.
Requirements:
-Exceptional networking skills
-Ability to use social media to attract top talent
-2+ years sales experience a must.
-Accounting experience required
Salary is negotiable – competitive base salary + commission
Full-time positions – Must be U.S.Citizen or Green Card
