Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is hiring a full time Product Marketing Manager consultant for our client, Google, located in Mt. View, CA. This role requires you to be a fully dedicated business leader, shaping the future of Google's Performance Display products. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the voice of the product and help it grow a loyal advertiser/agency base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, Corporate Communications, Legal, Web team, Product Development, Engineering and more. The role enables you to shape the product development process, organize product launches from beginning to end and form future marketing strategy. The ideal consultant is strategic, innovative, highly adaptive/agile and able to diplomatically drive to results.

Responsibilities:

* Build/create messaging that delivers thought leadership about Google�s performance solutions to help marketers make the web work for them
* Work closely with Product Managers to develop high-level positioning and materials for launch and sustaining marketing
* Work in collaboration with an extended Marketing team to build out key strategies per quarter based on product launches or strategic initiatives. Build out activities plan based on social, email and general campaigns
* Develop sales enablement narratives and case studies that large advertiser/agency sales teams take to market: Finding unique ways to package products and inspire the Americas marketing community to do more with digital to reach their goals

Skills:


* 7-15 years' B2B (tech, enterprise) product marketing experience
* Proven success working in a rapidly changing work environment with a demanding pace and shifting priorities
* Strategic mindset, solid messaging, positioning, communications, GTM experience
* Proven success working collaboratively with a highly cross-functional, extended group of stakeholders including Marketing and Sales
* Creative flair to bring fresh ideas into marketing campaigns
* Outstanding communication skills; ability to distill vast amount of information and translate complexity into simple and intuitive communications
* Expertise in driving awareness and nurturing leads throughout the sales cycle
* English language fluency
* Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
* BA/BS degree or equivalent with strong academic performance; MBA preferred


Rate: D.O.E. as a w2 employee of Crawford Group
Location: Onsite daily at client office in Mt. View, CA. Local, S.F.Bay Area residents only. No phone calls, please.
Hours/Duration: Full time consulting, ASAP - up to 6 months
