Job Summary

Huawei R&D Competence Center is responsible for corporate level product design competence improvement and R&D product development efficiency driver, including corporate-wide architecture and system design, design for "X"-ability, system engineering software engineering, product development productivity methodology and tools infrastructure.

This position will report to the chair of Huawei Corporate Architecture Board, acting as chief SOA architect with the scope of Huawei entire ICT products include Telco, enterprise and consumer products. The goal is to define Huawei SOA design and implementation strategy, and to guide the common SOA architecture and rules establishment and to support the high-efficient product and platform design based on high-reusable large-scale shared SOA technologies.

Responsibility:

1. Provide industry best practice of SOA architecture design and principles in ICT products.

2. Provide insight analysis, status and trends of SOA for future telecom and enterprise products.

3. Guide Huawei SOA architecture design and rules for different products and platform, such as next generation OSS platform, next generation cloud OS platform, next generation Telco OS platform and etc.

4. Establish Huawei common SOA architecture and service lib for across-BG product lines

5. Establish Huawei SOA technologies rules and principles, such as how to identify and define service, how to do partition of services, relationship btw service and business or functionality, common service and specific, service development life cycle management, interface of service, communication of service, “X “abilities of service and also related platform and tools.

6. Foster Huawei SOA experts and architect by guidance, training and education.

Qualification:

1. Successful architecture design, system analysis and system design experiences for telecom or IT products

2. Enough experiences of chief SOA architecture role in ICT industry

3. Enough experiences of industry world-class SOA software platform design, such as Websphere, Weblogic and etc

4. Experience and knowledge of telecom, cloud and IT infrastructure

5. Good communication and consulting skills
