Channel Impact is seeking a Senior Channel Program Manager to assist with defining the client's
go-to-market (GTM) channel strategy.
This is a W2 opportunity with Channel Impact.
Position Overview:
• Define/implement channel GTM process, roles & responsibilities with key stakeholders.
• Develop supporting systems, tools and other requirements for execution.
• Integrate all channel requirements, as appropriate, into corporate quarterly launch process
o This position will be responsible for defining WW channel go-to-market processes with a
focus on the client's regular launch schedule.
• Define and validate partner segmentation models to support strategy
• Assess opportunities to increase channel adoption rates, reduce channel time to market and
accelerate competitive advantage
o In this position, you will have the opportunity to build marketing/sales expertise of the
client's products and solutions, as well as an understanding of the client's routes to market as you
contribute directly to departmental goals and deliverables.
• Publish and socialize channel strategies with GEO channel organizations. Work with Channel
GTM Project Managers to define local execution requirements including partner recruitment,
enablement and development needs to support launch. These requirements must be integrated
into launch team.
o The position will work with the Solutions Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Channel Sales,
Training, and partner Communications teams to execute the requirements/activities driven from
the needs of the GEOs.
• Identify and prioritize channel readiness requirements for partner technical and sales support
requirements.
o This position will define and deliver the channel readiness requirements to the WW Channel
GTM teams for execution.
• Identify channel metrics and publish dashboard to key stakeholders
• Reassess key product/technology success in channel post launch and define next
steps/corrective actions.
Requirements:
• Minimum 10+ years experience in high tech marketing/sales functions; storage and data
management experience required
• Must demonstrate excellent sales and marketing skills for impactful program development
and a clear track record of execution.
• Must demonstrate strong track record of working closely with extended sales and marketing
teams, improving channel partner capabilities and commitment.
• Strong leader with excellent people leadership and interpersonal skills; understanding of
domestic/ international markets and channels preferred
