Email Marketing Specialist
Location: Redwood Shores, CA.
Vidyo is looking for an exceptional email marketing specialist to support our outbound, transactional and nurture email marketing programs.
Responsibilities
• Write, design and execute compelling email campaigns that target segmented audiences in our database.
• Test, proofread and QA all emails, ensuring all content, hyperlinks and landing pages are professional and work
correctly.
• Track inbox deliverability, open rates, click through rates, and conversions for all email campaigns.
• Optimize results for email campaigns by A/B testing subject lines, copy, offers etc.
• Build new email and landing page templates in response to and anticipation of business needs.
• Ensure CAN-SPAM compliance.
Desired Skills & Experience
• 2+ years email marketing experience, preferably in the B2B enterprise software space.
• Superb copy writing and editing skills.
• Thorough understanding of email best practices for deliverability, engagement, and conversion.
• Expertise with the Marketo marketing automation platform.
• Intermediate HTML skills.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter / self-motivated, capable of staying on track and pursuing solutions without supervision.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's Degree in marketing, journalism or English preferred.
