My client is a unique solar installation and finance concept headquartered in Northern California, with 30 locations across the United States. They have experienced 50% growth every year since their inception in 2008. They are well funded, and becoming the leader in the Solar Space. I am seeking a performance driven solar advocate to take over my clients training, support and franchise development efforts. This person will be responsible for the leadership, coaching and mentoring of the network-wide sales force within assigned franchises throughout the country. Working with new franchise owners, you will help define sales targets, assist with hiring and then coaching the sale force to achieve/exceed those sales targets within each franchisee.
Description:
The ideal candidate is tech savvy, passionate about solar sales, a fast-learner, and wants to be involved in efforts that make our new franchises successful. We need somebody that can jump in with both feet into our fast paced environment to work with each franchise owner to assist them in any way possible to ensure their success.
Job Responsibilities:
• Working with the franchisee and the sales team to build site specific sales plans on a quarterly basis to ensure success.
• Assisting the franchise owners in hiring, training, and managing their sales staff to develop them professionally
• The sales staff, and therefore you, will be engaged in the sales of both residential and commercial PV Solar systems in multiple territories, with an objective to reach revenue targets as well as achieve P&L parameters for the site.
• Instructing the Sales force in the art of creating their own leads through referrals and aggressive "gorilla" marketing.
• Provide operational assistance as needed to ensure smooth operation of new franchises as they come on board.
