Location: San Jose, CA or RTP, NC
Duration: 6 mos+ (renewable per quarter)

Experis has a position for a Program Manager and Subject Matter Expert with the following skills:

Skills/Experience Required:

-5-7 years of professional experience in Program Management with Channel Sales and partners
- Experience in presentation and Demonstration Communicating information and ideas through a range of mediums to various audiences in a way that demonstrates subject-matter knowledge and facilitates comprehension.
- Decision Making Assesses data and information to make timely, effective decisions, which consider both long and short-term business needs.
- General knowledge and understanding of Channel Programs, systems and processes.
- Good understanding of Channel sales, partner and end customer environment
- Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills and using these as a tool to educate and influence others as well as drive program objectives.
- Aptitude for understanding and improving processes, systems and reporting such that it results in higher productivity and delivery with limited resources
- Ability to influence at all levels of the channels organization and within cross-functional teams
- Personal: Self-motivated, responsible, results oriented, pro-active and flexible individual who can work independently in a fast paced changing environment. Individual needs to be an excellent team player with excellent people skills.
- Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
