Talent Sourcing Specialist Position with Precyse Company - Alpharetta Georgia(North Atlanta)

 

The Precyse Talent Acquisition Department works to achieve the company vision of a world where all meaningful information is available and helps save time, money and lives by hiring the industry’s top talent. Mission: Achieves staffing objectives by sourcing and evaluating job candidates for open Health Information Management positions for our client hospitals.

 

Duties

:

•Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies aimed at generating consistent candidate flow to meet overall recruiting goals.

•Builds candidate pools for future requirements and meets goals.

•Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting healthcare associations, Universities, media, job board candidates, Internet sites, social networking such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter, current database as well as other methods. Provides organization information, opportunities, and benefits.

•Maintain website applicants and respond to all applications that fall in the business lines assigned within 2 days from the date of their application.

•Source, pre-screen and test medical coding professionals.

•Determines applicant qualifications by pre-screening applicants using the Talent Profile, providing testing through Precyse University and comparing qualifications to job requirements.

•Maintain the Applicant Tracking System to track candidates while maintaining exceptional accuracy and consistent follow up to candidates moving through the process including follow up on a regular basis with candidates who have not completed their testing.

•Provide a top notch candidate experience by following the guidelines listed in the Talent Acquisition “Candidate Experience Gold Standard of Excellence”.

•Professionally represents Precyse and engages candidates in career opportunities. Acts as a Talent Advisor.

•Updates job knowledge and recruiting trends by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations.

Requirements

•Must be technically savvy including a great deal of social networking expertise and computer knowledge including Internet, ATS, and Microsoft Office Suite.

•Exceptionally organized with a proven track record of maintaining an applicant tracking system and effectively moving candidates through phases of the initial pre-screening process.

•Professional verbal and written communication skills.

•Must be well versed in the recruitment of professionals using Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, networking, Associations and means outside of traditional job boards.

•Must have at least 3-5 years of recruiting experience.

•Ability to function and adapt in a high demand and rapidly changing environment.

•Ability to maintain strong relationships with candidates.

•Preferred Healthcare or HIM recruitment experience.

•Should have a combination of high volume staffing and "hard to fill", longer searches.
