We are looking for a contract IT ‘sniper’/recruiter to focus on engineering and technical hiring.

NOTE: This position is expected to go from contract to Direct Hire (full-time)

You’ll be tasked with building qualified applicant pipelines of hard-to-find candidates.

Responsibilities:
Utilize multiple recruiting sources and advanced sourcing techniques to identify candidates.
Source passive candidates through referrals, networking, internet searches, telephone and e-mail.
Screen candidates for availability, interest level, salary range, relocation needs, etc.

Requirements:
Exceptional customer service focus.
Very strong computer skills – including intermediate excel.
Proficient in ATS technologies – experience with LinkedIn Recruiter especially nice to have.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Self-directed, creative and resourceful problem-solver with a passion for finding just the right candidate.
