Position Summary:

RSF Social Finance seeks to hire a full-time Communications Manager responsible for coordinating and managing the development, production, and distribution of communication materials including but not limited to RSF's website, quarterly newsletters, annual report, and social media in support of RSF and its programs. This position also maintains branding and public relations standards for internal and external communications, including the training of other RSF staff. This position supervises the Communications Associate.

Qualifications:

Qualified candidates must have a minimum 4 years' related work experience in a communications or marketing role. Expected education is a bachelor's degree in Communications, PR, or similar, or equivalent work experience. Supervisory experience is strongly preferred. Successful candidates will have exceptional writing and editorial skills to effectively communicate RSF's message to a wide variety of audiences, and exceptional interpersonal, oral communication, and listening skills to effectively interact with staff, clients, strategic partners, the press, and the public. Candidates must also have a demonstrated track record of excellent project management skills, along with excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail. Work/volunteer experience in the nonprofit or social finance sector is desirable.
