Sr. Crystal Reports Developer

Work with Sales team, 2 junior report Crystal Report writers to help build and design complex intuitive Sales Reports for the new Head of Sales. They have reports but are challenged with having them produce all the data that the new Sales Manager is requiring.
Must Have Skills:
Extensive well rounded experience in writing and designing Crystal Reports.
Expert level knowledge would be preferred.
Good communication skills is a necessity because of the amount of dialogue back and forth with Sales and technology group.
The Central Systems engineering team is looking for a reports developer to assist in the creation and maintenance of business intelligence reports for our customers. This position requires a candidate with strong report development and deployment experience, as well as experience with PL/SQL programming. Responsibilities include the following:
Work with various project leads to gather business reporting requirements and design appropriate reporting solution using Crystal Reports and Web Intelligence (SAP Edge Solution).
Collaborate with DBAs and programmers to implement reports.
Assist DBAs with writing PL/SQL stored procedures for Oracle
Follow all development guidelines and participate in code reviews.
Support reports-related questions and requested improvements to production systems.
