Job Opening: Technical Recruiter
Do you have experience cultivating relationships and generating a candidate pool of the Bay Area's top talent? Do you enjoy working in a fast paced changing environment? We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and technically-savvy Technical Recruiter to join our professional work environment.
If you are a knowledgeable, positive, confident, results-driven, self-managing individual, you will thrive in this environment; quickly growing into a team-leader. Ideal applicants will have prior work experience in the technical recruiting industry. To be successful you must be driven, sales oriented, and possess excellent interpersonal communications skills.
Job Responsibilities:
·Daily Full life-cycle technical recruiting (source, screen, interview candidates, negotiate rates) and resume management in Software Consulting & IT industry.
·Maintain relationships by scheduling client visits and candidate interviews.
·Manage upward and lateral relationships with VP, Business Development as well as Account Executives.
Skills and experience required
·3-5 years of experience in recruiting in IT Staffing in the SF Bay Area
·IT domain experience and buzzword familiarity.
·Basic knowledge of computer/internet skills, such as: MS Office and Outlook.
·Working with ATS systems, and with job boards like Monster, DICE etc. ,along with demonstrated internet / social web search and sourcing skills.
·Be able to work under pressure; handle multiple tasks
·A strong work ethic motivated by compensation and results.
·Well organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks without compromising quality or service.
·Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
·College degree desired, but not required
Location: Pleasanton, CA - with potential flexibility to work from a home/local office, after 3-months.
Benefits & Compensation: We offer a pay-per-performance compensation plan, which includes a base salary + commission, which is competitive and negotiable, dependent upon performance of both sales and recruitment.
