Search Wizards is an Atlanta-based Consulting firm that is focused on the contract and direct hire placement of mid-to-senior level candidates for various roles in Recruiting and Talent Acquisition, including: Recruiting Managers, Recruiters, Sourcers, Recruiting Coordinators, and Researchers.
We are a national vendor for several Fortune 500 clients and we currently have multiple immediate contract opportunities, both full-lifecycle recruiting and dedicated sourcing roles.
Our Client has an immediate contract opportunity available for a Campus Recruiter in Houston, TX.
Responsibilities:
· Lead campus recruiting activities for multiple schools.
· Develop campus sourcing strategies, manage and staff recruiting events.
· Oversee candidate management from sourcing to offer.
· Execute strategies and meet demand by partnering with broader team including coordinators and business partners.
· Accountable for overall recruiting and on-boarding process integrity.
The successful candidate will have strong and recent experience in a Campus Recruiting role.
