Virtual Talent Sourcer (Finance)
Search Wizards is an Atlanta-based Consulting firm that is focused on the contract and direct hire placement of mid-to-senior level candidates for various roles in Recruiting and Talent Acquisition, including: Recruiting Managers, Recruiters, Sourcers, Recruiting Coordinators, and Researchers.
We are a national vendor for several Fortune 500 clients and we currently have multiple immediate contract opportunities, both full-lifecycle recruiting and dedicated sourcing roles.
Our client has an immediate opening for a Talent Sourcer for a 6 month+ virtual assignment. The successful candidate will have strong and creative sourcing skills, the ability to deliver in a fast paced environment, as well as current and strong experience targeting talent within Finance.
The Talent Sourcer will work under the guidance of a Senior Recruiter / Staffing Consultant and will be responsible for sourcing, screening and submitting qualified and interested talent for the assigned open requisitions. This position will not involve client relationship management and can be performed from a remote office. The Sourcer will utilize their own phone and broadband to access web-based databases, applicant tracking systems, etc.
Responsibilities:
• Aggressively Identify, Develop, and Convert candidates to applicants through internal database searches, Boolean Internet Searches, Job Board Databases, Social Networking Sites, and other information sources as appropriate.
• Appropriately screen candidates based interest level, availability, visa status, salary range, relocation requirements, and basic qualifications.
• Documents interview notes and sends top candidate notes Conducts follow-up with candidates and recruiters to ensure timely delivery of all objectives.
Requirements Qualifications:
• Must have finance sourcing experience
• Must have expert-level internet/computer skills (Boolean searches, search engines, social networking sites etc)
• Superior written and oral communication skills to talk to candidates and do candidate write-ups for review by hiring managers and recruiters.
