REQUIRED: writing samples or a link to your portfolio

So, what will you do?

Deliver high quality, user-friendly brand and product communications for customers (internal and external).
Understand our user base/personas and establish our brand voice and nomenclature.
Work with various stakeholders to ensure copy is on-brand and meets objectives
Maintain consistency in tone and grammar throughout our product user experience.
Work to gather and test content and deliver on development deadlines.
Edit and/or proof myriad pieces of content
Participate in creative brainstorm sessions
Work closely with teams to understand new product features and document them in a clear and precise way.
Help establish best practices for internal documentation

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years related experience.
Ability to tailor writing to specific audiences and write in an easy-to-understand, conversational manner.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eagle eye for detail.
Understanding of Web writing principles
Proficient in proofreading and grammar
Strong technical aptitude, time management and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to work effectively independently and within a collaborative team-oriented environment
Capable of adapting to the pace and demands of a fast-growth and deadline-intensive environment

Bonus Points:

A degree in the areas of English, Communication, Creative Writing or Journalism and/or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of and industry experience in gaming (online/mobile/social games) is a big plus
Experience writing advertising and marketing copy
