[KITlist] CONTR: Change Management PM - Finance / ERP Project Releases (SF Bay Area, CA)

Change Management  PM  for Bay area networking firm:

We are looking for a change management lead for supporting ongoing Oracle ERP project releases
•    Candidates with Hi-tech /networking industry experience with Finance and ERP project backgrounds and having experience supporting full project implementation life cycle along with at least basic release management familiarity will have a distinct advantage
•    Hand on and execution focused
•    Basic project management skills at a minimum


Rate: ~$75/hr  on Corp to Corp / 1099 ; adjusted rate on W2
Start: Immediate; potentially long term role
Local San Francisco Bay Area candidates please : no relocation is being offered for


What we are NOT looking for:
Pure play Org Design / Organizational  Change Management background  but NOT having any experience in supporting projects involving Business Process Changes or Systems change driven changes


Key Responsibilities for this role:
•    You will be responsible for providing the necessary change management guidance  and execution of the change management deliverables for enterprise projects
•    Set up change strategy as well as design change plans
•    Stakeholder/audience  assessment
•    Release milestone alignment with x-functional teams
•    Adoption metrics / survey design as needed
•    Work with stakeholders / end users to accomplish adoption targets
•    Usage/ delivery of necessary tools / artifacts including – comms / VODs / wikis / SharePoint / townhalls etc.
•    Work closely with business leads / sponsors
•    Execute per plan to accomplish change adoption goals / influence stakeholders to drive change
•    Co-ordinate with training

Stated more broadly:
•    Apply deep familiarity & proven experience on executing industry best practices for Change Management concepts/ methodologies
•    Work closely with Client manager and stakeholders to clearly define / review and get approval on the plans and associated change management deliverables
•    Work with any cross functional teams to define / drive / execute on plan / deliverables
•    Execute on the change management deliverables in a timely and professional manner and deliver the necessary artifacts to accomplish desired adoption goals.

Desired Skills & Experience
•    5 or more years of relevant experience with genuine skills in Change Management and Communications
•    Hi-tech Industry experience with Finance , ERP, marketing backgrounds is a plus
•    Good project / program management skills
•    Big 4 consulting background is nice to have [not mandatory]
•    Must possess excellent soft skills and be able to establish coordinal working relationship with client manager and team members while also being assertive enough to be effective.
•    Excellent written and oral communications and facilitation skills; must have outstanding presentation development and delivery skills with ability to inform, influence and impact cross functional teams and leaders. Deliver high impact, effective communications material and guiding client leadership and project team members through a professional Change Management approach
•    Readiness to adapt and commitment to do what it takes to satisfy demanding clients while maintaining excellent client relationships.
•    Ability to influence while working collaboratively with cross functional teams
