Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a full time Internal Communications Manager consultant for one of our premiere clients located in San Francisco, CA. The Internal Communications Manager will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing and evaluating internal communications programs for our clients' Employee Success organization. The Manager will drive and influence communication standards, best practices and next generation deliverables to support the communication needs of the organization. The consultant will partner with the leadership team to determine the most effective communication messages, tools, and strategy to ensure message alignment within the company and to drive execution of the communication deliverables.
The ideal consultant has exceptional and creative internal communications skills, is results-driven, highly efficient and shines in a very fast paced, ever changing work environment.
Specific responsibilities include:
*Execute the internal communications strategy for Employee Success team for internal audiences
*Drive communications professional excellence, communications skills development and best practices
*Develop and manage messaging platforms, creative vision, communications plan and program objectives, ensuring message consistency, cadence and coordination
*Create a working internal communications calendar include program and project objectives, timelines, deliverables and budget, in alignment with Human Resources/Talent Management stakeholders
*Write and edit compelling and creative internal communications materials including email communications, web/intranet content, newsletters, video, PowerPoint presentations, executive reports and talking points
*Develop strong partnerships within the organization, as well as cross-functionally, in order to execute on the plan, ensuring messages reach relevant audiences at the right time
*Audience analysis/expertise: segmentation, surveys, metrics by internal job responsibilities
Skills:
*7-10 years Internal Communications experience for at least one large B2B technology company
*Must have strong understanding of how marketing communications strategy is applied for corporate trade shows
*Demonstrated ability to define and assess communication strategies and build actionable communication plans
*Ability to deliver against short-and long-term communication strategies while consistently driving tactical execution
*Knowledge of SaaS or software industries is a plus; previous experience working at SAP, Oracle, Microsoft is a plus
*Understanding of collaboration technologies
*Solid enterprise project management experience
*Bachelors' degree
Rate: $2,600-2,720 per week, D.O.E. as a w2 employee of Crawford Group
Location: Fully onsite at client offices in San Francisco, CA. No phone calls, please.
