Position Overview:
Bergerson Group is seeking a global channel marketing program manager to support the client's efforts to accelerate their partner's success in the Data Center.
In this role you will help the client to develop and execute an approach that allows the partners to easily participate in the client's programs in support of mutual business growth.
The Program Manager will manage multiple projects across different functional areas and geographies. The goal of these programs will be to enable partners to capture new business and revenue opportunities. For these projects, the program manager's ability to work across geographic and functional boundaries will ultimately measure success.
This is a W2 opportunity at Bergerson Group.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Develop an integrated global marketing plan for the relevant partner business models
• Deliver a comprehensive partner marketing kit that helps the partner to develop and accelerate new business opportunities within the data center. This involves: 1) collaborating with global stakeholders to conduct an audit of existing offerings 2) Identify marketing resources partners need to successfully capture the market opportunity 3) Conducting a GAP analysis 4) Collaborating with content teams to create and build needed marketing offerings as needed 5) Collaborating and managing third party vendors to develop the marketing kit 6) Working with the geography marketing teams for execution 7) Measuring program impact 7) Reporting results to the client's leadership
• Create a marketing offering roadmap so that partner can plan and prepare for new marketing offers from the client.
Skill sets:
• 10+ years of channel marketing program experience
• Strong understanding of partner business models (SIs, ISVs, Large VARs, etc)
• Past experience at top networking companies is a plus
• Ability to negotiate with cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams
• Expertly manage internal/external vendors and track budgets
• Influencing skills with senior level managers/directors
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent project management, negotiation and decision-making skills
• Team player, willing to go the extra mile when needed
• Self-motivated, resourceful, takes initiative
• Excellent time management skills
• Consistent follow-through on projects
• Very organized and detail oriented
• Proven ability to multi-task
• BA or BS Required. MBA is a plus.
