Business Analysts – Multiple positions
Start: Immediate
Salary / Benefits: ~ $75K/yr Start
Local Bay Area candidates please – as we are looking for immediate start and no relocation is offered
We are looking for multiple Business Analysts for immediate start with us.
The core skills required are common for ALL positions – good BA, basic PM responsibilities, good communications, relevant certifications, education, experience.
Common Core skills for ALL positions:
• 5+ years experience as a Business Analysts with hands on experience in authoring BRD/FRD, Business process design
• Strong skills in As-is/to-be Business process mapping, gap analysis, requirements elicitation
• Comfortable with independently handling basic PM responsibilities (planning, scheduling, status reporting)
• PMP / Six sigma / Project management best practices experience / qualifications desired
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and have sound communications skills
• Strong analytical skills in order to understand and drive the plan
• Experience in working with IT to have requirements delivered
• Manage issues and risks through an on-going process of identifying, assessing, tracking, developing and executing risk mitigation strategies
• Engagement with change management and release management.
• Understanding and experience of SDLC and release management lifecycles ; engagement with change management and release management
• Bachelor's degree; Finance experience, MBA preferred
Additional Expertise for ONE of the positions – BI / Data Quality, Reporting experience
• For one of the positions ; we are looking for additional experience in Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, Data Quality, Data Architecture and Data Strategy
• Finance background / functional understanding highly desired is nice to have [ Bookings, Revenue , Expense etc] ; additional knowledge of sales, services or any other hi-tech business functions is also desired
