Job Title: Sales Ops Project Communications Consultant

Job Summary:
The Sales Ops Project Communications Consultant will play a key role in managing communications that drive Field and Partner awareness and readiness for a cross-project sales systems transformation. The role will develop and execute communications strategies, plans, and deliverables. The Consultant will work with multiple change management and business readiness teams to consolidate and streamline communications to NetApp's field and partner audiences. The role will be a member of the CE/PE Communications Team, which is part of a larger Global Sales Communications Team.

Essential Functions:
• Quickly understand intricate multi-project environment with complex systems integrations and implications of change to the user base.
• Conduct assessment of audience analysis data already in use to understand user community
• Work closely and collaboratively with change management and comms leads on multiple project teams to determine best communications transition strategy to bridge between "high touch" and "steady state" user communications.
• Understand the sales (field and partner) audience and influence project teams to produce comms optimized for sales
• Write content and messaging to be used in various comms vehicles, including executive comms, videos, newsletters, presentations, status reports, etc.
• Execute on comms deliverables including multi-phase projects, e.g. training awareness drives, adoption campaigns, etc.
• Work with cross-project teams to track various releases across multiple system deployments, understand impacts to field/partner audiences, and plan and produce release communications
• Develop post-deployment comms processes/vehicles

Requirements:
• 10 years communications experience
• Exceptional communications skills – both written and verbal
• Excellent presentation skills, proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint
• Ability to influence others and collaborate on cross-functional teams
• Experience with a large-scale project and change effort
• Experience in a high-tech company preferred
• Forward-looking self-starter who can execute with moderate/little direct supervision

Education:
• Bachelor's degree required
• Training and practical experience with communication management
• Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies preferred
