The Role: Operations Associate
The Location: San Antonio, TX
Covenant MultiFamily Offices is a leading registered investment advisory firm in San Antonio, TX searching for a highly motivated Operations Associate who has minimal prior experience, but seeks training and is hungry to learn investment operations, partnership operations and administration including: performance reporting, reconciliations, and client operations.
The Operations Associate will support the middle and back end operations of Covenant Multifamily Offices. This will encompass servicing client accounts including: the cashiering function, client account maintenance, and custodial relationships. The Operations Associate will work in a small office environment and will be a team player and not just an individual contributor.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
•A total of 12 months to 24 months of prior work experience (experience in the investment or financial services industries preferred, but not required)
•An Associates or Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, actuarial studies, or similar fields preferred
•Direct experience working in the financial services, banking, or investment industries preferred, but not required
•Ambition, determination, commitment, and can thrive in a goal oriented setting
•Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects
•Superb interpersonal and written communication skills and team-oriented persona
•Ability to problem solve and use creativity to access resources and accomplish goals
•Direct experience working with a CRM system is a plus, but not required
