So, what will you do?

The MARCOM Manager will report to the VP of Marketing. In this role, you will play a key part in successfully developing consumer messaging across multiple social and marketing channels, including email, in-product marketing, and Facebook. Key emphasis will be on understanding and mapping the customer life cycle in order to develop and recommend communication and marketing programs aimed at establishing IMVU brand as the industry leader in the next wave of social gaming.

Responsibilities:

Consumer Messaging: Effectively work in collaboration with the IMVU Marketing and Product teams to develop compelling consumer messaging and programs
Business Analytics: Conduct on-ongoing analysis and measurement of consumer messaging performance with the goal of continuous optimization.
Content Development: Contribute to content development and copy writing for marketing programs such as emails, newsletters, blogs, the corporate site and other consumer promotions.

Requirements:

3-5 years work experience in consumer marketing, e-commerce, direct response, customer life-cycle management, social messaging and online communication.
Solid understanding of consumer messaging and the ability to leverage multiple components of the marketing mix.
Impeccable project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and effectively prioritize in order to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
Goal oriented with a history of producing measurable results.
Strong strategic, written, interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
Previous exposure to consumer insights and social marketing as a whole.
Positive can-do attitude and sense of humor A MUST.

Bonus Points:

Bachelor's degree in English, Advertising, Communications, Marketing or Journalism.
Experience with gaming, social media and/or Internet technologies.
Demonstrated desire and interest to work in the social gaming space.
