Position Overview:

Channel Impact is seeking a distribution incentive program manager to accelerate the growth of our client in the 2-tier channel.
In this role you will be responsible for managing four incentive programs. Your role will be to:
• Lead, drive, and execute distribution incentive programs
• Identify, share and operationalize best practices
• Execute processes and Improvements

The ideal candidate critical success factors include:
• Ability to work independently with minimal instructions
• To be flexible, respectful and adapt in a multi-cultural diverse environment; working well with people of different types and communication styles; understanding partner business needs and recommending best practices to increase efficiency
• The ability to drive timely delivery of initiatives and programs and the measurement/attainment of the resulting business impact
• The flexibility to support day to day operational activities; and the ability to understand key sales & operational processes; ability to analyze business data, understand trends, and report back with key recommendations to improve both sales and operations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for developing and leading strategic initiatives and/or defining strategies, leading and managing projects, including requirements, plans, schedules, resources, risks and mitigation plans
• Execute successfully against project plans, initiatives, metrics, and timelines
• Lead requirements gathering to understand business needs and develop processes and procedures to meet those needs
• Analyze and identify gaps, prioritize and recommend plans to close gaps, and maximize impact
• Present complex information in a clear and easy to understand manner to executive management teams
• Work is reviewed and measured based on timely attainment of objectives, overall success of projects, and collaboration.


Skill sets:

• At least 5 years Business Analysis, as well as Project/Program management experience is required. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Previous experience in Channels, Distribution and/or Sales is a plus
• Background in Business Intelligence and reporting is a plus, but is not required
• Overall Program/Project Management/Leadership Skills
• Strong Data Analysis skills; detail-oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Mastered the skills necessary to work cross-functionally, collaborate, and leverage available resources to maximize impact in a matrixed management environment to achieve goals
• Ability to use influence and negotiation to meet challenges, resolve problems and attain goals
• Able to give and take instruction, work both independently and as part of teams, with all levels of the organization and with little supervision
• Working knowledge of MS Office including MS Excel, PPT, project/program management tools, and time management required
• Ideally Advanced Excel skills
• Analytical Problem Solving/ Problem Resolution
