Job Description:
The Marketing Analytics team is responsible for driving strategic thinking, analysis and customer insights for acquisitions, customer relationship management, business development and financial planning. As the Marketing Analytics Manager, you will play a critical role analyzing performance data to support marketing team for spend guidance, ROI optimization, customer retention strategies. You will provide weekly and monthly business reports, manage and optimize testing and targeting efforts, recommend enhancements for the online and offline channels, and create insights that drive the business forward. You must be a self-starter and a quick learner with a desire to deal with complex data and fast environments.
Responsibilities:
• Compile and analyze data that delivers key business insights to improve overall marketing effectiveness.
• Generate reports from external and internal data sources, creating actionable trend information, and ensuring that marketing managers have the information necessary to make informed business decisions.
• Translate detailed data into valuable business knowledge and customer insights.
• Work with marketing managers to design A/B tests to improve conversation rate and customer retention.
• Lead the most complex analytics project, present the findings and actionable recommendations for senior management team.
Qualifications and Experience
• 5+ year business experience working in an analytics role. Financial industry experiences a plus.
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities, including solid statistical analysis experience, predictive modeling.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytic skills
• Outstanding proficiency in database querying (SQL) and data base structures (SQL Server)
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, etc.)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a quick learner
• Handle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat.
• Highly self-motivated, ability to work independently, think creatively, and detail oriented
Education
Bachelor´s Degree in related field

Reports to: Marketing Director, Analytics
