FT/Perm Position-Test Automation Engineer-Boulder, CO

 

Responsibilities: 

- Define and implement QA standards tools and best practices for testing at all levels- unit, integration, reliability, regression, functional, UX, security and performance.

- Estimate work and report time necessary on a project-by-project basis to management regularly (in team meetings).

- Interact with developers, end users, etc. (all those associated/tied to testing, development, or test planning.

- Ability to use SQL and to fully understand database concepts as they apply to testing.

- Produce and maintain all associated documentation.

- Development of test suites. (Hands-on)

- Monitor progress vs. goals/milestones.

- Participate in project plans/planning.

 

Required Experience:

- Experience in Iterative/Incremental Development, TDD, and Continuous-Integration.

- Strong comprehension of source management techniques and web technologies.

- Experience performing test setup and execution (Including loading test data).

- Bachelor's degree  (experience will not be accepted in lieu of a degree).

- 3-5 years of experience in Internet/Web Quality Assurance (C#, .NET)

- Understanding of QA/Test and automation methodologies.

- Experience testing C++ applications is critical for this role.

- White Box testing experience is critical for this role.

- Experience with multiple testing types/techniques.

- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong English written and communication skills.

- Understanding of software engineering skills.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum.

- Strong interpersonal skills.

 

COMP:  70-82.5K+base (depending on years of RELEVANT experience, education quality of education, certification(s), etc. + full benefits, stock, paid vacation, etc.

 

LEAD Position also available – compensation would be adjusted for level of skill/experience.
