The eBay Seller Marketing & Communications team is looking for a top-notch Senior Program Manager. Please see job description below.

As an eBay Seller Marketing & Communications Sr. Program Manager, you are responsible for becoming an expert in designated product areas by embedding yourself with the product teams, and representing the eBay seller during product development meetings. You will also manage multiple seller marketing and communications vehicles and/or projects on an ongoing basis, working closely with your peers, the product teams, and other internal teams that rely on, contribute to, or manage individual seller communication channels. Specific job responsibilities include:
• Define, develop and implement seller communications strategy and programs for professional and/or consumer sellers.
• Translate current company objectives and product roadmaps into a seller-focused communications master plan, working together with the rest of the Seller Marketing & Communications team.
• Support the priorities, roadmap and product launches for several product areas (e.g. Trust & Safety, Shipping, Search, Returns, Mobile, etc.). Work with the product teams during the product lifecycle, develop and manage communications and help drive adoption.
• Focus on sellers' needs and help ensure messaging prioritization across product launches, seller segments and channels.
• Define and ensure the proper implementation of the seller voice for the appropriate communications channels.
• Prioritize and optimize communication resources and channels.
• Manage key cross-functional seller communication initiatives, coordinating with a variety of cross-functional partners and resources, both internal and external.
• Consult with business units on marketing and communication prioritization, focus, and best practices.
Measure, analyze and report on your initiatives to continually improve programs.

Requirements
• BA/BS.
• 10+ years of B2B or B2C product or customer marketing experience in enterprise and small/medium business markets.
• Demonstrated strong marketing strategic and creative thinking (benefits marketing/customer orientation).
• Clear understanding of the needs of existing and potential sellers.
• Excellent planner able to create and execute based on broad objectives.
• Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly energetic personality; great team player and strong collaborator.
• Superior relationship and influence management skills in interacting with senior leaders, peers, and external partners—with proven ability to influence decisions in a matrixed environment.
• Must handle multiple priorities at any given time, with a strong attention to detail
• Strong analytic and problem solving skills.
• Strong preference given to candidates who are also active eBay users and are familiar with the eBay user experience.
