POSITION – BUSINESS ANALYST
DURATION – 6 MONTHS +
LOCATION – RTP, NC

Job Responsibilities
- Identify, analyze and document business needs
- Provide assistance in customer contract management
- Provide strategic and on-going customer and partner support
- Document functional requirements, provide input and assist in overall process improvement
- Provide ad hoc report requests
- Manage day to day individual workload, understand timelines and deliverables
Must have
- Experience with advanced business analysis
- Experience with Channels or Distribution
- Experience with creating/developing streamlining Reports
- Experience with MS Excel, MS Access and Business Objects
- Excellent Communication Skills
