INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Exciting sales position with a leading device software company located in the Bay Area. The Account Executive will be responsible for developing and qualifying new opportunities within targeted companies. This is a quota-carrying role with emphasis on increasing revenue in existing customers. In addition to managing the full sales cycle on deals under $50K, active cold-calling and appointment setting are required to achieve goals.

Wind River is a subsidiary of Intel. We sell to companies that design some of the most interesting, intelligent devices in the world. Responsibilities:
- Inbound and outbound sales lead qualification.
- Manage and close small transactions in assigned accounts.
- Work closely with sales team members in the field. Set sales prospecting appointments for field sales team members.
- Maintain account and contact information in Siebel CRM system.

Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience interfacing with customers and a track record of success in previous sales oriented position, preferably within high-tech.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A highly self-motivated professional with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment
- An ability to grasp basic concepts of embedded software development in a real time operating system environment is a plus.
- Detail oriented and organized
- Familiar with MS Office and CRM software applications.
- College degree.
