Vice President or Senior Director, Corporate Sales Location: Alameda, CA

Desired Skills & Experience
Looking for a VP or Senior Director to lead and motivate a revenue generating team for a technology company with complex solutions. Working in a team selling environment, the Corporate Sales team generates add-on and new business in existing and new accounts. Responsibility for driving vertical industry specific sales initiatives for both large and small to mid-sized market segments. Actual title will be determined during interview process and will depend on what candidates bring to the job.

Responsibilities
· Responsibility for revenue and lead management quota
· Support and mentor managers, directors and direct reports.
· Report on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management.
· Coach direct reports regarding strategies to drive closure.
· Improve and streamline operations across the organization, including CRM and quoting systems.
· Align inside sales metrics and key performance indicators with WW Field Sales Operations. Develop hiring and training tools to reduce ramp-up time and increase productivity.
· Consistently monitor sales activity of the team and track results.
· Work closely with marketing department to ensure successful lead generation campaigns.
· Track flow and quality of lead generation efforts and make improvements where needed.

Required Skills
· Proven track record of exceed sales quota in a similar embedded or complex technical software selling environment via the phone and the web
· 10+ years of technology sales management experience
· Must possess knowledge and aptitude along with tactical ability to implement key selling and business initiatives to drive revenue via the phone and web
· Field sales experience a must
· Experience building and managing insides sales teams.
· Excellent listening skills.
· Ability to hire and train new sales representatives
· Innovative, curious and enthusiastic qualities a must
· Experience reporting to high-level executives
· Bachelor's degree
· Ability to grasp high level concepts of the embedded software space
