Description:
Sales leader experienced selling to C-level buyers in large Enterprise Accounts. A maverick self-starter, you understand the sales process, how to sell innovation, drive deals forward and compress decision cycles. We´re looking for a track record of proven sales success with at least 7 years experience in enterprise software sales focused on ECM or related segments. Our commission plan offers accelerators above 100% quota achievement.

Reports to: Director of Sales

Responsibilities:
• Meeting with key stakeholders CIOs, IT execs, LOB execs
• Meeting/exceeding activity, pipeline, and revenue targets
• Creating value for customers and utilizing a solution approach to selling
• Ensuring 100% satisfaction with all customers
• Prioritizing opportunities and applying appropriate resources
• Using sales tools including SFDC to track activities

Qualifications:
• Palpable passion for the sales role
• Superb people skills
• Prior successful sales in ECM, SBS or security
• Extensive prior customer relationships
• A history of consistent over-achievement
• Technically adept, experienced with web technologies
• Experience in opportunity creation and the challenges of building a business
• Early stage company experience a plus

Education/Experience:
• 4-year degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 7 years experience in enterprise software sales
• Fluent in Portuguese/Spanish
