Experis has an urgent open for the Sr. Search Marketing Manager for our client located in the bay area.

Job Title: Senior Search Marketing Manager
Duration: 6+ months with Quarterly renewal
Location: San Jose, CA

Job Description:
The Senior Search Marketing Manager will lead our global Search practice, focusing on Search Engine Marketing and Search Engine Optimization. They will be subject matter experts on all things Search, working with Global cross-functional teams, Search Media companies and Agency partners to maximize companys impact and presence in the Search marketplace.

Responsibilities:
- Lead strategy for Global Paid Search, across multiple countries, collaborating with cross-functional teams and aligning with business and marketing objectives.
- Manage a Global multimillion-dollar annual Search budget and drive country search investment strategy.
- Management, execution and on-going optimization of the US Paid Search Campaign.
- Initiate tests (ad copy, landing pages etc) and leverage new and innovative search techniques to continually enhance current search campaign.
- Develop SEO recommendations and oversee execution including -- link building, digital asset optimization, social media optimization and technical optimization.
- Develop SEM and SEO specific KPI metrics and benchmark goals.
- Monitor and manage analytics platform to maximize effectiveness of our search effort.
- Build an active and engaged Search Community across with the goal of elevating search status in the marketplace through shared learning and best practices.
- Collaborate with Integrated Marketing Communications and Solution Marketing teams to drive agreement on key topics - keyword governance, landing page content management etc.
- Work with them to ensure aligned SEO strategy for relevant web pages, marketing messages and programs.
- Integration of Organic and Paid Search effort across brand, product, solution groups.
- Manage relationships with SEM agency and search engine media companies Stay abreast with current search engine industry trends, SEM/ SEO best practices and innovation.
- Oversee global budget and operations.

Requirements:
- Proven track record in developing and executing organic and paid search programs Ideally 10 years experience in Digital and Search Marketing Solid foundation with web & digital media analytics experience
- Ability to juggle a multitude of tasks and deadlines
- Ability to negotiate with and influence stakeholders outside team
- Aptitude for innovation
- Ability to think and execute globally Strong communications, project management, and operational skills
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills, unique to each audience peers through senior executives Enterprise software familiarity (Microsoft, Analytics)
