Product Marketing Manager (Contract)

Position Summary
Product Marketing is a critical and central role to the success of our company. The Product Marketing Manager works on the go-to-market strategy and is responsible for key components leading to the success of our products in the marketplace. In this role you will operate as a global, cross-functional leader where you will define, orchestrate, and deliver product marketing materials and solutions. You will apply your strong communication skills and technical aptitude to produce messaging and sales tools to support our customers, sales teams and channel partners. You will also be responsible for both product and partner related marketing content including product positioning, sales tools, webinars, and presentations. You'll support marketing and sales operations in addition to working closely with product management, other marketing peers and additional departments within the company.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Define product positioning and messaging
• Own sales enablement including defining and delivering sales tools such as webinars, presentations and competitive tools
• Work with creative team on marketing content including white papers, web site pages, product demos, and presentations
• Work with sales, customer support, marketing and web team to write and implement sales programs
• Support marketing events including webinars, seminars, conferences, trade shows, company events
• Follow and write to competitive market trends
• Analyze and document customer use cases
Required Marketing/Product Marketing Experience
• 5-8 years of experience in a B2B software environment
• 3+ years of product marketing experience
Desired Experience:
• Writing and presenting product collateral for customer and sales purposes
• Knowledgeable about the B2B software buying cycle for both on premise and SaaS products
• Hands on experience with product launches, GTM strategies and execution
Job Requirements:
• Excellent customer-facing and presentation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong experience using presentation tools
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Driven, self-starter who is highly organized, productive and can thrive in a multi-task environment
• BS Degree in a technical or related field, or equivalent experience
