Position Overview:

Channel Impact is seeking a service provider channel marketing project manager.
In this role you will be responsible for overall project management of a new Service Provider marketing program, project management of individual marketing campaigns, metrics reporting for all initiatives and development of communications vehicles both internal and external. Limited but occasional travel may be required.

This is a W2 opportunity at Channel Impact


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Program manage all aspects of the new team, including running all meetings, recording minutes/action items, managing the follow through on those action items
• Project manage up to 30 simultaneous marketing campaigns across all geographies
• Measure impact of marketing campaigns/ programs and formal Return on Investment reporting;
• Assist marketing management with analysis of investments in the marketing budget
• Develop communications collateral for customers, partners, and internal audiences
• Assist in creation of specific marketing approaches, including scaling tools and new web 2.0 marketing tactics
• Must develop strong partnerships cross-functionally in order to support the organization's key communication deliverables
• Additional responsibilities include booking multimedia studios, managing logistics for global projects, special writing and/or content development assignments and representation as needed at corporate, tradeshow, or theater sales events


Skill sets:

• 5+ years of Channel Marketing and Communication experience
• Project Management Certification strongly preferred
• Superior problem solving and project management skills
• Competency in one or more of the following disciplines; Social Media, Communications, Event Management, Graphic Arts.
• Detail oriented and focused work ethic.
• Creative approach to marketing programs and customer challenges.
• Strong understanding of what Web2.0 is and the ability to spot trends and or market shifts in the online experience.
• Ideally, multilingual
• Past experience at Fortune 500 companies is a plus
• Ability to negotiate with cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams
• Expertly manage internal/external vendors and track budgets
• Influencing skills with senior level managers/directors
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent project management, negotiation and decision-making skills
• Team player, willing to go the extra mile when needed
• Self-motivated, resourceful, takes initiative
• Excellent time management skills
• Consistent follow-through on projects
• Very organized and detail oriented
• Proven ability to multi-task
• BA or BS Required. MBA is a plus.
