We are looking for a Creative Art Director that will lead our company into our next great design.
In this position, you will partner closely with the Marketing team and our General Manager to establish the creative vision and lead the interactive design process.
Responsibilities:
• You will have the creative control to establish the visual design direction for the business and hands on in the design process
• Identifying marketing quality imagery.
• You will design -- Email Campaigns -- Website-Landing Pages -- Banner Campaigns, print and more
• Must have exceptional conceptual and design skills
• Taking visual design and turning them into fresh ideas that will relate to our market.
• Be a leader in creative development and problem solving
• Demonstrate commitment to creative collaboration in a time-sensitive environment
• Able to adapt to changing priorities quickly
• Be the embodiment of the creative teams´ work ethic, attitude and desire to be the best
• Provide art direction for the development of online experiences
• Able to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization
• Posses a clear understanding of best practices for all digital media channels
Requirements:
• 10-15+ years of experience
• Formal design training
• Working knowledge of photography
