Here is what we need in the perfect profile ....

Minimum of 6+ years of experience in Business Development/Staffing Sales.

Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to sell in a consultative manner to identify and address client issues.
- Selling "Bench Candidates"
- A Rolodex of ERP Clients.

Managing all aspects of the Sales lifecycle from account penetration, pursuit strategy, and contracting.
- Should be able to partner with Alliances/Channels and work with partners.

Possesses a proven successful track record in Sales & Marketing OF H1 consultants.
- Must have knowledge of full life cycle Sales process on both the client and candidate side.

Capable of developing lead generation strategies and marketing plans for new accounts.

Proficient in Recruiting techniques such as vendor networking, job boards, Internet search, head hunting etc.

Must be a self-motivated team player and possess high levels of integrity
