This person needs to have contact into the VDI/Desktop, end computing world. Knowledge of desktop infrastructure and selling application software into the IT space. Someone that has a nice Rolodex of contacts in Southern CA and surrounding states. Someone selling hardware or from a re-seller will not work for this role most of the time but if the once worked for either of the two and now are selling complex software, this may be ok.Responsible for achieving assigned sales quotas and goals for customers located within a defined geographic territory or account list. Prospects and develops business, manages accounts, and develops proposals for presentations to customer. Coordinates account resources with representatives from marketing, pre-sales engineering, and development.
