Recruiting Coordinator – Dallas, TX

We currently have a very exciting contract opportunity available for a Recruiting Coordinator in Dallas, TX.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Ensure an excellent candidate experience through prompt follow up and communication with executive candidates throughout the candidate's lifecycle from initial contact to start date
· Ensure on-site candidates have a positive interviewing experience by being their main point of contact throughout their day and ensuring the interview schedule flows smoothly
· Enter and track candidate information in the database and ensure appropriate parties have access to necessary information
· Complex calendar management and scheduling of internal and external meetings
· Manage travel and expenses and all administrative support functions for the team
· Manage multiple tasks and action items (documentation, follow up and preparation) ensuring appropriate and timely action on deliverables
· Manage vendor contracts and track invoices to contract terms
· Manage the calendars and provide administrative support
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required.
Successful candidates will:
· Possess the ability to multitask, prioritize and complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little to no guidance
· Have exceptional verbal and written communications skills and the ability to switch gears at a moment's notice
· Demonstrate excellent judgment, discretion and sensitivity when dealing with high profile executives and confidential information
· Maintain a high degree of professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company
· Make smart and timely decisions; understand when to take ownership of a decision and when to involve other parties
· React with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround
· Think ahead and troubleshoot; remove obstacles before they become problems
· Have impeccable attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
This position requires experience supporting senior management in large, corporate environments or senior professionals in a professional services firm. You must also have excellent PC skills, including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook tools.
