Account Executive Position Summary:
Join an innovative company and pro-actively generate new business by selling social communications services. Become actively involved in industry associations. Work in a close-knit environment where excellent communication and teamwork are necessities. This is an Inside Sales role.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and approach prospects, both independently and by utilizing lead generation programs provided by the Company
• Perform all aspects of selling professionally, including prospecting, approaching, presenting, handling objections, closing and follow-up.
• Produce and deliver sales presentations to key decision-makers, usually consisting of C-suite, Marketing, Public Relations and/or Investor Relations, in targeted organizations
• Provide regular input on competitor activities, marketing initiatives, industry trends and product development
• Contribute to team meetings and ongoing activities
• Provide detailed weekly summary reports, forecasts, client feedback, new opportunities, etc​​
Skills and Experience
• Minimum of two years of sales experience, preferably in Investor Relations, Public Relations and/or Software
• OR 2-10 years aggressive B2B sales (payroll, copiers, telecom, logistics)
• Superb sales techniques. Formal sales training preferred
• Excellent presentation skills, including written and verbal communication
• Strong interpersonal skills. Able to interact with staff at all levels of an organization
• Ambitious and self-motivated
• Highly organized, detailed and self-motivated
• Team Player, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Able to effectively liaison between internal departments to ensure client needs are satisfied
• Proficient user of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, a CRM tool and Social Media Networks
• Be professional and committed to high quality standards and performance
Compensation:
Base Salary 65,000 - 75,000
OTE 130-160k not capped.
