Network Security Product Marketing Manager
We are looking for a seasoned Product Marketing Manager for a contract opportunity at a global networking leader. This is primarily a strategic analysis focused product marketing role for network security certification training programs.
The responsibilities of the role focus on the integration of newly acquired companies� certification programs into the client�s certification portfolio. The project would include the following tasks: Market landscape analysis, customer needs analysis, certification portfolio roadmap development for the newly acquired company, course development with content team, and certification launch activities.
This is a 3 month, 40 hour per week, (with renewals likely) project as a w2 employee of Stage 4 Solutions. Contractor can be located anywhere in the US, with a preference for RTP, NC.
Responsibilities:
 Understand client certification portfolio. Understand newly acquired company�s portfolio of education and certification offerings.
 Develop a strategy and recommendations for integration of acquired company�s certification program into the client�s program.
 Define market requirements, use cases, user profiles through direct customer interaction, market research, competitive analysis, and by working with the sales force and partners.
 Communicate and refine those requirements with content development team, and successfully guide course design, development, and testing.
 In collaboration with marketing, prepare and execute on go-to-market plans, including positioning, pricing, sales training, and marketing.
Requirements:
 5 years of prior experience in product management/marketing, or related technical marketing experience
 1-2 years of networking/security technology experience
 Excellent program management skills
 Excellent strategic analysis skills; ability to make recommendations through analysis of multiple factors
 Demonstrated success leading large, multi-discipline projects with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
 BS/BA required, MBA preferred
