Online Marketing Manager

We�re PubNub, the global Real-Time Network for software developers to rapidly build and scale real-time apps. We provide the cloud infrastructure and key building blocks for real-time interactivity. We power thousands of real-time apps and stream more than 3M messages a second to over 100M devices a month.
We're looking for an innovative, highly motivated, performance-driven Online Marketer to manage and optimize our online presence – including website, SEM, SEO, display and retargeting. The ideal candidate will come from a SaaS software world with experience in a "try-and-buy" environment and will combine design, messaging, digital marketing and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
SEO, SEM & Display – day to day management of online marketing programs including execution, optimization and reporting. Manage keywords, landing pages, SEO attributes and site audits.
Website Design, Content and User Experience – drive design and copywriting process for website to develop and implement marketing programs and site updates
Demand Generation – optimize web lead capture and work with demand generation on nurturing and management. Continuously identify new opportunities for PubNub to acquire new customers online.
Analytics & Optimization – continually track, measure and optimize effectiveness of all online efforts. Develop and launch both qualitative and quantitative A/B tests of copy, keywords, landing pages and campaigns.
Qualifications
Great candidates will have:
2-4 years of relevant online marketing experience.
Solid background in SEO, SEM, digital advertising and retargeting
Solid understanding of web analytics, ad tracking, A/B testing, tag management, content management, landing page optimization
Experience in AdWords, AdCenter, Bing AdCenter, LinkedIn ads and other advertising platforms
Working knowledge of graphic design, web interface design and multimedia
Experience with SEO, link building, on-site strategies
Website development knowledge – HTML and CSS a plus
Experience with/interest in learning platforms such as SEOmoz, Google Analytics and Google Webmaster tools
Experience in SaaS, "try-and-buy" environment is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Team player and self-starter with roll up your sleeves work ethic
Acute attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
