The Sage Group is looking for a Strategic Business Analyst-CRM to lead a Microsoft Dynamics — Customer Relationship Management (CRM) upgrade initiative for our financial services client in San Francisco.
This position will manage all line of business responsibilities for the design, implementation and rollout for approximately 1,500 users. If this sounds like you, please apply!
Responsibilities
-Bring Microsoft CRM expertise and experience to the upgrade initiative, offering insights and best practices throughout all phases of the initiative
-Provide project management support to the Strategy
-Leader in design phase of CRM 2.0
-Lead requirements documentation and implementation phases of initiative, in partnership with CRM product team, ensuring that all design is accurately reflected in the requirements and that the requirements are accurately translated into system programming and functionality Lead user acceptance testing planning and implementation
-Lead pilot design, planning, implementation and feedback management
-Partner with Strategy Leader to build rollout plan then lead the execution
-Work with Strategy Leader and other partners in sales strategy, field team members, and Wholesale Business Tools Technology (product, development and support) to ensure successful execution of other components of the initiative as requested
Skills Required
-8+ years of strategic planning experience 3+ years of experience with CRM for business clients design, implementation and support ideally with financial services providers
-5+ years of experience with complex project leadership and project management -Strong collaboration skills
-Strong communication skills
-Drive for results
