The Sage Group is looking for a Mobile Online Banking Product Manager for our Financial Services client in San Francisco. This person will serve as a platform strategy lead for a client secure site redesign program, which encompasses migration of the tablet, desktop, and smartphone applications to a consolidated platform and a common user interface design. This role will primarily focus on the smartphone migration component to achieve functional parity with the tablet application and implementation of a redesigned user interface. Responsibilities
-Serve as the platform lead for the smartphone migration, including business requirements definition, project execution, and testing support
-Consult during the concept and scope definition phases, implementation feasibility and platform input during requirements definition, and then acceptance testing support for the platform components Identify, document, and implement platform standards for the redesigned smartphone application
-Collaborate with platform and technology partners on the tablet and desktop migrations to develop the appropriate global and platform standards and ensure consistent application across all platforms
-Partner with technology teams on the smartphone migration to drive non-functional project components such as device detection, infrastructure, site performance, and test environments
-Provide platform guidance regarding the strategy, feasibility, and implementation approach for the smartphone migration by creating a platform
-POV and success criteria
-Drive issue resolution for platform specific items
-Prepare and present appropriate materials to key business and technology stakeholders in order to socialize and gain agreement on direction, scope, and status of ongoing work
Requirements
-Prior Mobile Banking platform product management experience required
-Strong analytical skills, including the ability to sift through complex data and draw business conclusions
-Prior experience working as a liaison between business and technology teams
-Execution, verbal, and written communication skills
-Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously by prioritizing and completing work within deadlines
-Deep understanding of technology
Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
