Change Management Project Manager position - Atlanta
We are looking for the following experience:
Specific experience as a Change Management PM with SAP
Project management covering a broad business base, complemented with experience and expertise in several of the following disciplines:
* Organizational change management
* Design and implementation of readiness solutions
* Communications execution and planning
* Organization development and design
* Working with Senior Management to design and execute stakeholder analysis
* Conducting sponsorship workshops around large scale transformation programs.
These individuals have the ability to encourage and transition people through an organizational change, and provide them with the necessary tools endure a smooth transition.
Qualifications:
Additionally, we are seeking someone with:
client-facing, consulting role
*7+ years professional experience with a minimum of 5 years recent experience working in a consulting role that is responsible for client relationship management and business development efforts.
o Qualified candidates will have 2+ years of organizational change management consulting experience.
o Oversight of large consulting teams (10+ members) or several, simultaneous consulting engagements comprised of smaller teams.
o Work planning, work estimating, project management, issue/risk management and resolution.
o Business Process Design and Specifications
o Authorization to work for any employer in the U.S.
Education:
The successful candidate should have a bachelor's degree. A master's degree and/or professional certifications are advantageous.
