The Role: Part-Time Client Services Manager
The Location: Dallas, TX – Flexibility to Work From Home/Telecommute

HireBetter® is a national talent acquisition consulting firm based in Austin, TX that delivers the systems and expertise our clients need to confidently make great hiring decisions. We are currently searching for an
experienced Client Services Manager to provide project oversight and unparalleled service to our
clients for approximately 20-30 hours per week.

The Client Services Manager is the primary resource for all the service related needs of our clients. They are responsible for externally and internally managing the success of assigned projects while maintaining and building client relationships and delivering a seamless experience. They are held accountable for the follow-up and resolution of all client inquiries in a timely and satisfactory manner, as well as keeping the client apprised of any project challenges. The Client Service Manager educates clients on our business process and performs all necessary preparation/documentation for project launch. They monitor the metrics for the project and keep the internal team up to date through detailed, thorough and timely communication. The Client Service Manager is also responsible for working with the internal project team to achieve established sales/project goals and objectives while ensuring the client's satisfaction and repeat business.

Your Required Skills & Experience:
•Bachelor's degree in business, communications or a similar field
•At least five years of project management experience in a client services environment; ideal backgrounds include: project management, consulting, and account management in the client services industry
•A familiarity with human resources, recruiting or talent placement is a plus, but not required
•Proven track record of managing projects and delivering business results on time and on budget

with references to support your success around client satisfaction
•You are comfortable working in a metrics-driven climate including heavy interaction with CRM

Systems
•You have an enthusiastic, yet professional, attitude with excellent relationship building skills to go

along with a high level of organization and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
•Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
•You are a self-starter who can work both independently and collaboratively
•You are an expert communicator with a commanding yet humble telephone presence
