Position: Inside Sales Account Executive
Location: Alameda, CA
Description: We are looking for motivated, articulate, high-energy, quota carrying, Inside Sales professionals with a proven sales track record. Must be able to multi-task, own the entire sales cycle, and be a team player. Account Executives sell to Wind River's largest strategic customers. AEs work alongside Account Managers that address complex business and engineering issues with our customers.
Additional responsibilities include:
• Selling Wind River software development tools, customer training and professional services engagements
• Prospecting/Researching: Markets, Accounts, Executives
• Understanding and executing complex sales contracts
• Closing deals you initiate and assisting field sales teams to close large, more complex deals
• Preparing detailed quotes and proposals
• Maintain customer data in Siebel/Sales Force CRM system
This position can lead to other sales roles with greater responsibility. We are looking for individuals who are committed to building a career in sales.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of sales and prospecting experience in a technology focused corporate environment (software sales preferred)
• Ability to run and close complex deals with particular attention to detail
• Experience cold-calling, prospecting and lead generation
• Experience closing sales up to the $50K range
• Professional work ethic and integrity
• Ability to grasp technical concepts of the Embedded Software industry
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor´s Degree

Magnum is currently seeking a Sales Director- Major Accounts who will have responsibility for the sales of Magnum Semiconductor products in North America. The successful candidate will manage the relationship with customers & partners, drive sales activities by leveraging resources to maximize Magnum´s revenue and ensure customer satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Achievement of revenue targets
• Understand customer needs/expectations and decision making process
• Identify and qualify projects
• Build accurate pipeline to manage priorities and provide forecast
• Define account plans and execute them through effective planning of resources
• Present proposals, manage negotiations and close the sales
• Gain strategic information about customers and the industry to help anticipate market trends
• Participation in trade shows, client conferences, industry events, etc.
• Partner with and develop key relationships with Management, Business Teams (product marketing, product specialists), pre and post-sales support
• Build and leverage relationships with existing and potential customers and partners
Qualifications:
• 8+ years in broadcast industry experience with strong video, media background
• Track record in selling compression video products to OEM and/or service operators (including but not limited to: encoders, transcoders, decoders, servers and chipsets)
• BS/MS EE preferred
• Proven track record of identifying and qualifying projects, creating and executing account plans, negotiating and closing sales in long and complex sales cycles
• Track record of building relationships with clients at all levels, inspiring trust and credibility
• Strong customer orientation
• Demonstrated successes in planning and organizing, along with strong Initiative, judgment/problem solving skills
• Self motivated, result and revenue driven

The Sage Group is seeking a Marketing Manager to work for a leading financial software company on the Peninsula. This person will contribute to the acceleration and usage of their mobile banking solutions.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage offline and online marketing programs.
- Align with the mobile marketing strategy developed in partnership with product and execute mobile adoption and retention programs to hit key targets in the growth plan.
- Scope out the execution path for innovative marketing experiments (social, video, etc.).
- Manage program summaries for internal communications.

Skills Required:
- 8+ years of direct response experience within a financial services industry, including conception to execution to post-program analysis
- Proven success managing email, landing pages, print production, and other traditional marketing channels
- Ability to articulate a clear end-to-end "go-to-market" goal as it relates to overarching marketing strategy
- Outstanding verbal and written communication
- Utilization of Excel for reporting and PowerPoint to build clean presentations

We are looking for a Director of Business Development and Marketing for a Full Time Employee role for global enterprise solutions (Hardware, Software, and Services) company in Sunnyvale, CA.
The Director of Business Development and Marketing will be responsible for the development and execution of the partner eco-system for new Platform as a Service (PaaS) offering. The Director will be responsible for leading and managing a business development team to establish the partner eco-system consisting of cloud integrators, cloud service brokerages, ISVs and developer communities. Additionally, this role will include the creation and execution of the go to market strategy to drive awareness and demand for the PaaS solution.
Responsibilities:
• Develop a target list of cloud integrators and cloud service brokerages, who deliver end
solutions to enterprise customers. This effort will mainly focus on mid to large size of cloud
integrator and cloud service brokerages.
• Review the existing company partnerships to nominate existing partners for this new solution.
• Drive actual recruiting process, in coordination with other organizations. This requires creative
ideas for business models, incentive plans and joint go to market strategy.
• Materialize partner programs for different type of partners to make the process repeatable,
based on those business models, commercial framework, incentive plans and joint go to market
developed through initial phase of recruitment process.
• Continue to manage the relationships and identify growth plan together with the partners. This
will be as part of the review and re-profiling process mentioned above.
• Work with cross-functional team on product launch-related activities.
• Collect and analyze market research data, translate into competitive advantage positioning and
messaging. Evaluate for new target markets and segments. Develop pricing strategy.
• Create marketing collateral, including presentations, announcements, media and public
communications, data sheets, brochures, white papers, video clips, web site, etc., and also plan
and execute the communication plan mainly through online vehicles, such as web site, online
events and any other creative approach to the targeted audiences.
• Drive demand generation programs. Drive analyst relations efforts. Lead analyst inquiries,
briefings and strategy sessions to ensure consistency and accuracy of messages delivered.
Requirements:
• More than 10 years of business development experience, with at least 5 years of management
experience
• Prior experience working with cloud integrators, cloud service brokerages, ISVs and developer
communities
• Ability to work globally with other functions, such as R&D and Sales organizations
• Must be extremely process oriented and manage multi-function complex and global-based
tasks, projects, teams and work environments
• Understanding of mainly US and European market trends and selling practices
• Ability to clearly articulate the PaaS vision and strategy to partners and to represent and relay
partners and market needs to the appropriate groups
• 25% travel
