It is now time to expand their footprint and serve their customers locally.  They are building a brand new office in Troy/Auburn Hills/Southfield in the next 3 months and they want to hire local ENGINEERING Recruiters NOW to support their 70 open reqs from their customers (these are END CLIENT relationships NOT VMS).

My customer is a privately held $80m staffing firm with a strong mid-west presence.  Their customers have asked…..and they have delivered. It is now time to expand their footprint and serve their customers locally.  They are building a brand new office in Troy/Auburn Hills/Southfield around their 3 anchor accounts in Detroit metro area.  We are hiring a Sales person that loves to sell and wants to move into leadership.  This is a production role and you will have the opportunity to lead the charge for this full service engineering staffing and recruitment firm. They have a wide variety of customers in the Manufacturing, Automotive, Electronics, Medical Device, Architectural and Aerospace verticals, both regionally and nationally.

This is an immediate need for a Sales/Business Development Professional in the Detroit, MI market with the desire and skill to help aid the explosive growth of an organization built around a culture of development and opportunity creation.

Our customer is a publically trade IT Staffing firm and they are hiring exceptional sales talent in their Springfield office.  Responsible for selling IT services throughout Detroit and SE Michigan.  You will be given all of the tools that you need to be successful – Recruiting support, SME teams to help win the big deals, white papers that prove their consistent track record of success delivering for their customers locally and nationally.  This is a large company that hires people with an entrepreneurial spirit.  Your manager is WONDERFUL – supportive without being a micromanager.  The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of IT Staffing Sales experience and will consider candidates interested in moving to this area from other markets. 

There will be some accounts that you can begin mushrooming but we need someone that can hit the phones and help develop new clients as well. 

The Engineering and Finance Practice groups are also in this office so there will be a lot of cross selling opportunities.
