Sourcer/Recruiter position in Plano/Dallas, Texas area
Our client is seeking an experienced Sourcer/Recruiter for a contract recruiting assignment.
The Recruiter will be responsible for partnering with clients/hiring managers as a staffing consultant and developing and executing on recruiting strategies to deliver high quality talent from entry level to Senior Director positions.
Qualified candidates will have 3 years of full life cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment, preferably with Fortune 500 or other large companies. Two years experience in recruiting strategy to include collaboration with recruiting managers and peers to develop and implement recruiting strategies.
Experience with applicant tracking system.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
